 Domestic Shipping: My Little Creations ships merchandise within United States. We offer USPS and UPS as our shipping options. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight.

Our Payment Options: we accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Orders paid by personal checks will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

 Questions on Returns or Refunds: My Little Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged Items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All package sent via UPS are traceable and automatically Insured for $100. Items sent via USPS are neither traceable nor insured unless you specifically request this service.

 Please call or email for Authorization before returning your items. Approval must be obtained by MLC before returning in detail for reason of return. You can email us at @mylittlecreations.com. Please check orders immediately and report any errors with in 2 working days. Returns must be made within one week of receiving order. If you need to return your merchandise we will be happy to exchange it or issue a store credit. If items are damaged in shipping, contact us right a way to make us a ware of any issue. All personalized items are non- refundable. There will be no refunds given after two weeks of shipment date. We also will not accept any packages sent C.O.D.

 North Carolina Sales tax: No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is out of the state of North Carolina . All deliveries in North Carolina will be charged 7.75 % sales taxes on merchandise.
